Company Profile/History:
Founded in 1984, AppleGrove Restaurants is one of the oldest franchisees
of Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar®. Now, with more
than 100 restaurants in eight states, AppleGrove is also one of the
largest Applebee’s franchisees. We attribute this success to
our employees—from restaurant managers and staff to corporate
employees. Formerly known as Restaurant Concepts (RCI), the company’s
commitment to our employees’ personal and professional growth
is consistently rewarded by their tremendous commitment to the company
and to the Applebee’s concept. AppleGrove will continue to grow
by making investments in our infrastructure and our people. We are
on track to open at least five new restaurants each year. And as the

When Steve Grove opened our first restaurant, we considered ourselves
entrepreneurs. Today, our General Managers have the same opportunity—to
