History/ Company Profile:
First Watch Restaurants, Inc. is one of the largest, privately owned,
daytime-only restaurant companies in the United States. We specialize
in Breakfast – Brunch – Lunch, with restaurants typically
open from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily. The concept revolves around delivering
an excellent dining experience to Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch. First
Watch offers an attractive environment with lots of fresh greenery
and a light airy décor. Service is prompt, but guests are invited
to relax and stay as long as they like.
Menu:
The Breakfast-Brunch-Lunch eatery offers daytime fare with a Southwestern
or Tropical touch. Breakfast selections feature Omelet’s, Floridian
French Toast, and Key West Crepe. The "Health Department"
offers a Siesta Key Cocktail, a parfait of yogurt, fruit and granola;
cholesterol-free eggs; and homemade crepes wrapped around fruit and
yogurt. The Lunch section includes Classic Reuben and Chicken Salad
Melt sandwiches, Chicken Quesadilla, and a variety of salads, including
Pecan Dijon, Won's Oriental. Beverages include fresh-ground premium
Royal Cup ® coffee, milk, soft drinks, iced tea and an assortment
of hot herbal teas and juices.
