DON PABLOS

www.donpablos.com

History/Company Profile:
Don Pablo’s was born in the West Texas town of Lubbock in 1985, but the heritage of its food can be traced back more than 200 years and 2,000 miles to the central plains of Mexico. It was here Mexican ranch cooks created their legendary handmade dishes using a secret mixture of cilantro and comino (Mexican Spice), as well as roasted green chilies and other native herbs and spices. More importantly, these culinary pioneers blazed a new trail by making every meal fresh from scratch without preservatives. From those humble beginnings in Lubbock, Don Pablo’s has quickly grown in stature to become a highly visible, highly respected member of the restaurant community with over 100 thriving locations scattered across the landscape. Don Pablo’s is part of the Avado Brands portfolio of restaurant concepts.

Menu:
Today, Don Pablo’s carries on with that time-honored tradition with made-from-scratch salsa, tortillas and sauces as well as an entire range of authentic Mexican specialties. From the hearty Conquistador combo to burritos, Fajitas and Real Margaritas, Don Pablo’s serves up an authentic experience.
