The Tahitian Inn ahs been around for over 50 years, and in it’s
history had never used a recruiter, this is until recently. As time
change, so do the needs of the business. We turned to EHS Hospitality
Group, they came right over, sat down with us and told us what they
could and could not do, and did they deliver. We needed a strong GM
candidate, they had candidates for us to interview within a couple
of days, one all the way from the country of Panama…ironically
the one we decided to hire, and she has turned out to be everything
we wanted and some. It has been a positive change for us. In this
business, time is important, and all of the little things they do
saved us a lot of time, time we were able to use elsewhere.
