I have worked with EHS Hospitality Group personally and professionally, since 1994. Through my careers in working with high volume casual dining restaurants, EHS has been my support and guidance. As the Director of Human Resources and Training with Champps (1995-1997), I worked with EHS in placing Managers through out the country. Hiring up to twelve Managers per location and opening fourteen stores. As the Director of Human Resources and then Director of Operations with Sidney’s (1997-2003), I placed Managers locally and out state for nine stores. I have used EHS exclusively for my recruiting needs. EHS has gotten to know the profile of my needs and have made the process simple and effective.
