D. Eric Kropp Bruegger’s Bagel Bakery
I have worked with EHS and Associates for ten years and would recommend them to any Hospitality company for many reasons. First of all, the representatives for EHS have Hospitality experience. They took the time to find out what needs were and built a candidate profile that met my needs. I had asked Steve Nordness, my representative, to work for a day at Bruegger’s to get a feel for the operation. He gladly accepted and got some valuable information. We met to discuss the various nuances of an ideal Manager. This extra effort has led to the lowest turnover in our company history.
Although we left our door open for other agencies, we have almost exclusively worked with EHS and Associates. Their dedication and follow-up with the candidates, and with Brueggers, has made my job very easy. Steve and Brian called immediately after interviews to give feedback about the Managers reaction and to get our comments. This communication has helped solidify our relationship over the years.
The best part of EHS is that the service does not stop at the placements of managers. They stay in contact with the candidates to give follow-up comments. Many times people will be hesitant to share how they are feeling about potential problems. This tenacious involvement with the candidate has saved several potential turnovers, due to simple communication errors. They acted like a buffer, where comfort level ahs already been establishment.
EHS has aided us in relocating Managers outside of our company. We pride ourselves in taking care of all employees and when a time comes that a Manager may have to involuntarily leave, due to changing philosophies, EHS has helped find the Manager a new place of employment. This has aided us in NO unemployed insurances claims and made Manager happy because they were taken care of during a tumultuous period.
Finally, whenever a Manager that EHS has placed with us has failed to work out, for any reason, they have replaced the person immediately. No other Employment Agancy has come close to this service.
