Ryan Lewis
I was a Project Manager with a national chain in Bradenton area earning $27,000. Luckily, I came into contact with Scott Lewis of EHS, after receiving word from the restaurant that I was employed with that I had to move to Kansas within the week because of declining sales, which resulted in the elimination of my job title in my District Manager territory. When I informed them that I would not be taking the transfer, I was notified hours later that, that day would be my last with the company. After a year and eight months of managing, relocating, two different states and three different cities, and giving them 125%, I was let go in that manner.
The next day I met with Scott Lewis and the journey back where I wanted and needed to be with regards to career placement and advancement began. Through his efforts several interviews were set up and responded on. Before, during and after each interview Scott kept in touch taking notes, asking questions and giving me insight to new and better ideas to keep in mind when dealing with not only these organizations, but also the key players within them that I would be talking face to face in the interview process. Most importantly, Scott Lewis relayed to me personal improvements to concentrate on when going on 2nd and 3rd interviews that I would not have know otherwise. Since he’d be in constant contact with the person that I previously interviewed with, he was able to uncover from them exactly what was lacking or what needed to be more emphasized in the interviewing process in order to be that final candidate left standing with an offer at the end.
And guess what, all that hard work paid off (did you think it wouldn’t?), I was offered a management position within a great, expanding national restaurant chain starting at $36,000 not including bonuses.
