It is my pleasure to provide reference for Scott Rosenthal and Scott Lewis of EHS Hospitality Group of Florida. I came across their company in my search to change employers. I was disappointed with other recruiters I had been working with and decided to give them a chance. I was thoroughly impressed.
They listened to the concerns I had then with my current company and what I was looking for in a future employer. I had strong concerns about quality of life standards and they knew which companies I could depend on to be family-friendly.
While I have over 23 years Restaurant Management Experience, I had only been back in management a year after taking a 3 year hiatus. This issue posed difficulty in finding me a position. But, these two would not give up on me, even though I thought about leaving management. They were able to get me an interview with chili’s Bar and Grille, where I was later hired.
I have and will continue to recommend EHS to anyone looking for a hospitality career. The “Scotts”, as me and my wife like to call them, are very personable, hard working and great at what they do. Thanks to them, I now have a job I enjoy at the salary that I asked for, with the quality of life I needed.
