Scott, as you already know, I am a thirty year veteran in the hospitality industry and/or restaurant business and I must admit that these last two months since I’ve returned to the USA have been a very testing period. I never knew that headhunters are the biggest liars that promise you so much and deliver nothing. I want you to know that in the past two months I have dealt with more then twenty-five of the largest private employment agencies in the country and I can honestly say that they’re all the same, no difference.

With my resume, the cover letter, help me to re-polish my image to re-enter the American job market and your personal in me calling me almost everyday to see how I am doing. All those things that no one else did.
